This man, If I could give him 10 stars or more I would. He was initially helping us find a house and we decided we’d like some land. I found the land and asked him if he could still be my agent and of course he could and he made sure to make contracts and read through everything to protect us from anything and everything. & also gave us some encouragement and said if he was my father he would be so proud, and he’s a Christian and shared it loud a proud so in my book this man is 100% the real deal and I would trust him with ANYTHING. You’re wasting your time if you’re not working with Steve, the most qualified honest and qualified businessman I’ve ever met.

Steve was amazing! He is the first realtor we have ever worked with, and we never felt lost or like we didn't know what to expect. I was honestly still in a state of shock after my home burned when a mutual friend of ours told me Steve was now an agent. I decided to use him to find a new home. Steve lead me patiently but persistently to find a fantastic new home within 2 weeks of the fire. And then Steve facilitated the sale of my burned home to an investor. Steve was very active in my search for a new home, I told him an idea of what i was looking for and he only sent me the houses he thought were a match based off the info I provided him and based off the houses I liked after viewing. Steve was able to get my house sold in about 3 days, place my offer on the house i wanted the same week. Steve was very active in negotiating with the other realtors about things that came up in the inspection and followed up with me about everything. I was never left in the dark about ANYTHING. Even still to this day I can call him and he is there and available to answer any questions or problems I may have.

We met Steve at a builders open house. We had a great conversation with him and he helped educate us on the different areas and builders in Lubbock. We were looking for our retirement home and actually found it very quickly. Steve helped us navigate the construction process (we live in Houston) remotely and kept us up to date and informed throughout the build. He sent pictures and information on a regular basis to keep us in the loop. He also recommended a very friendly and efficient mortgage broker who made the entire process easy. Steve is so personable you feel like you've made a great new friend, but at the same time you've known him forever.
